Karen is an expert in the Human Resources outsourcing and consulting field. She has over 30 years in Human Resources with 25 of them being in consulting. She has worked with over 500 companies, expertly leading them through the complex world of Human Resources.
Her experience in a diverse set of industries, including non-profit, construction/trade, professional services, financial services, and technology gives Karen a unique perspective into a variety of HR challenges that companies face.
Karen's knowledge and expertise in HRIS, benefits, talent management, and compliance, helps companies drive business goals through HR efficiency.
She partners well with small to mid-sized company’s management teams by delivering a balance of strategic and tactical support, allowing maximization of a company's HR budget. Her depth of experience and knowledge of HR processes brings a much-needed level of structure to a company so teams can focus on what they do best.
Karen holds a Masters degree along with the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
Ed Radwinsky, Vice President
Ed is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries. He has worked for global public corporations, venture capital funded start-ups, private firms, and non-profit companies. In his roles, he provided vision and leadership in the design and integration of scalable best practices for organizational assessment and development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, professional development, training, recognition, DEIB, and talent management. Additionally, he served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on both strategic and tactical matters regarding the delivery of human resources and business initiatives.
